Melendar Support

Never send your Apple Account password, a verification code, a purchase receipt or private calendar content.

What to include

Tell us what you expected, what happened, and the last thing you did. Include your device (iPhone, iPad, iPhone Duo or Mac), its software version, and the Melendar version and build shown in Settings → Data & Privacy → About.

iCloud and syncing

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each device, make sure Melendar is allowed to use iCloud, and check the device is online. Open Melendar to sync, and use Check Again if Melendar reports an Apple Account change.

Connecting with your partner

Melendar connects you with one person. Invite them from Settings → Account → Connection. Invitation links are private, work once, and expire. Removing your partner, or leaving, lets you keep what was shared with you as private events or remove it; your own events and trips always stay yours.

The Us tab

Anything you pin on Us belongs to you, and only the person who pinned it can remove it. Gift ideas are visible only to you. Birthdays, your anniversary and your days also appear in Calendar every year; turn them off under Special days in the Calendar filters.

Trips

A trip shared with your partner can be edited by both of you, and only its owner can delete it or change who it’s shared with. Your partner can leave a trip you shared, which hides it only for them. Flights take a time zone at each end, so enter times as they appear on your ticket.

Widgets

Touch and hold the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget and choose Melendar. Days Together needs your together-since date on Us, and My Person needs a connected partner.

Melendar for Mac and iPad

Sign in with the same Apple Account and open Melendar; your calendar, trips and Us sync through iCloud. To use Melendar Plus on another device, open Settings → Account → Melendar Plus and tap Restore Purchases.

Melendar Plus

Melendar Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited trips and days of your own on Us. Restore it in Settings → Account → Melendar Plus while signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. Apple handles refunds through Report a Problem.

Export and deletion

Settings → Data & Privacy lets you export everything you own as JSON, or delete all your Melendar data from iCloud and this device. If you changed Apple Accounts on purpose, export first, then follow the guided steps; the previous account’s iCloud data is kept.
