How can we help?

Find clear answers for access, purchases, private iCloud sync, resets, and privacy.

01

Getting started

Ming opens directly into the learning experience and has no separate account or login. There is no Ming account to create, sign out of, or delete. When contacting support, include your iOS version, Ming version, and a brief description of what happened. Never send an Apple password or verification code.

02

Offline use

Ming saves progress locally and remains usable while offline or signed out of iCloud. Changes synchronize to other devices only after iCloud is available again.

03

Ming access

Ming Levels 1–5 are free. Levels 6–50 require an active Monthly or Annual membership, or the one-time Lifetime purchase. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a membership through Profile › Settings › Ming Access or your Apple Account subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases on the purchase page or in Ming Access while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Open Apple's subscription management. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.

04

Progress sync

Confirm that each device uses the same Apple Account for iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, Ming has iCloud access, and the devices have a network connection. Ming synchronizes saved and personal cards, Block and lesson progress, Review activity, and supported preferences through a private CloudKit database.

05

Reset progress

Reset a Level or all learning progress from Profile › Settings › Danger Zone. Reset All synchronizes its deletions through iCloud when available. Resetting progress does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase a purchase.

06

Privacy and data requests

Because Ming has no account, learning-data deletion is handled through Reset All and Apple's iCloud controls rather than a Delete Account button. See the Privacy Policy for the exact data Ming handles, retention, service providers, and request options.
